Samosa (Aloo /Chicken)

A popular snack made with a crispy, golden brown pastry filled with a spiced mixture of potatoes / Chicken, and aromatic herbs and spices. The triangular pastry is deep fried until crunchy and is served with chutney like mint or tamarind.
